1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of CalendarConnect ('Service'), operated by People Connect, LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', 'our'), a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
CalendarConnect is a web-based scheduling tool that allows users to view free/busy calendar availability across multiple organizations and calendar systems. The Service accesses only free/busy status data and does not access, store, or transmit meeting titles, descriptions, attendee lists, locations, or attachments.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Free tier: Available at no cost with limited features as described on the pricing page.
- Paid tiers (Pro, Business): Billed monthly or annually at the rates listed on the pricing page.
- All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Free Trial
- Pro and Business tiers may include a free trial period as stated at the time of signup.
- No credit card is required during the trial period.
- At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
- We will notify you before the trial period ends via email.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
- Immediate cancellation with prorated refund is also available as an option.
- Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the current billing period.
- The Free tier does not require cancellation and can be used indefinitely.
7. Calendar Data and Privacy
- CalendarConnect accesses calendar data only with explicit user authorization via OAuth.
- We access free/busy status only — the lowest permission level available.
- We do not access, store, or transmit meeting titles, descriptions, attendee lists, locations, or attachments.
- Users may revoke calendar access at any time from their Google or Microsoft account settings.

8. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- You may not use the Service to harvest, scrape, or collect calendar data for purposes other than scheduling.
- You may not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. People Connect, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or on-site notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
